Andres "Andy" David Lacson (born November 30, 1976) is a Filipino politician. He was a mayor of Concepcion, Tarlac and former Vice Chairman of Aksyon Demokratiko. In 2013, he ran for Mayor of Concepcion and won. Lacson attended Concepcion Catholic School in his grade school and high school. In his youth, Lacson was a Youth Ambassador to China in 2005.
