Steven James Evans is a Welsh football coach and former professional footballer who is assistant manager of Flint Town United. In 2008, he became the first Non-League footballer to be capped by Wales since 1930 – a 76-year gap. He won the Welsh Premier player of the season award for 2004–05. Evans made nine appearances for the Welsh semi-professional side during his first spell at TNS, between the 2002–03 and 2004–05 seasons.
