About Erico Aumentado

Erico Boyles Aumentado was a former governor, vice governor, and senior provincial board member of Bohol, and congressman and deputy speaker of the Philippine House of Representatives. He is the first governor of Bohol who served for three consecutive terms (2001-2010). At age 27, he became the youngest provincial board member when he was elected in 1967. Don Tirso Uytengsu Award (First Prize) in General Reporting given by the Federation of Provincial Press Clubs of the Philippines (FPPCP), 1966. Aumentado became a Deputy Speaker in the House of Representatives at 11th Congress from 2000 to 2001.
