About Arthur Duffey
Arthur Francis Duffey was an American track and field athlete who competed at the 1900 Summer Olympics in Paris, France. Duffey won four consecutive 100 yards British AAA Championships titles in 1900. 1901, 1902 and 1903. In 1902, whilst a student at Georgetown University, Duffey ran a world record of 9.6 seconds for the 100 yards.
