Lamine Yamal Nasraoui Ebana (born 13 July 2007), commonly known as Lamine Yamal, is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a right winger for the La Liga club Barcelona and the Spain national team. Widely regarded as one of the best players in the world, he is known for his dribbling and playmaking ability. Yamal was a member of Barcelona's youth academy, La Masia, before joining the first team in the 2023–24 season. At age 17, he became the youngest player to be nominated for the Ballon d'Or, and in 2024 and 2025 he won the Kopa Trophy, awarded to the best young player in the world.
