Theodor Kullak, German pianist, composer, and educator (died 1882) In 1844, Kullak founded the Tonkünstler-Verein in Berlin and presided over it for many years. Kullak, Theodor: Klavierkonzert c-moll op. 55, Hyperion Records 1999 (series: 'The Romantic Piano Concerto' Vol. 21. However, due to dissension in the ensuing five years, Kullak retired from his institute, which then became known as the Stern Conservatory, with Hans von Bülow as a director.
