Adrian Keith Noble is a theatre director, and was also the artistic director and chief executive of the Royal Shakespeare Company from 1990 to 2003. In 1980 he became assistant director at the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) where his first production was Alexander Ostrovsky's The Forest. In 1993, he won the Globe Award for Best Director for The Winter's Tale.
