Alexandra Alexandrovna Panova (Russian: Александра Александровна Панова; born 2 March 1989) is a Russian professional tennis player who specializes in doubles. She has a career-high WTA doubles ranking of world No. 20 achieved on 8 September 2025. She peaked at No. 71 in singles on 30 July 2012. She has won 11 doubles titles on the WTA Tour. On the ITF Women's Circuit, she won two of her 16 doubles titles with her elder sister, Olga Panova.
