Ana Beatriz Martínez Solórzano, known professionally as Ana Martín, is a Mexican actress, model and beauty pageant titleholder. She won the Miss Mexico 1963. which took her to compete in Miss World 1963 in London. Since 1965 she has appeared in numerous telenovelas and films. After playing supporting roles in various telenovelas, Martín won her first leading role as Laura in Muchacha de barrio in 1979. Martín stated in an interview for the TV program Vidas Paralelas in 2010 that she was not a singer and has never recorded any album.
