Anni Viktoria Blomqvist was a Finland-Swedish novelist. Her first short story was published in 1949, when she won first prize in a writing competition. Two years later, the first novel in the Stormskärs-Maja series, Vägen till Stormskäret, was published. Anna Beata, the first novel in the Anna Beata trilogy, was published in 1979. Her home can now be visited by groups on request, and yearly scholarship is awarded in her name.
