Denis Sergeyevich Grebeshkov is a Russian former professional ice hockey defenceman who last played for Vityaz Podolsk of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). He has previously played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Los Angeles Kings, New York Islanders, Edmonton Oilers and Nashville Predators, the former which drafted him in the first round, 18th overall, in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft. Grebeshkov was a first-round selection, 18th overall, by the Los Angeles Kings in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft. On July 21, 2009, the Oilers re-signed Grebeshkov to a one-year, $3.15 million contract extension just prior to a scheduled salary arbitration hearing.
