Georgios Tzavellas (Greek: Γεώργιος Τζαβέλλας; born 26 November 1987) is a Greek former professional footballer who played as a centre-back or a left-back. He is the current sporting director of Super League club Panathinaikos. In his first full season, Tzavellas went on to make 17 appearances, scoring two goals. He made his debut on 13 September 2008 in the 0–1 away win versus Panserraikos.
