Hermann Hugo Tilke (born 31 December 1954) is a German engineer, racing driver and circuit designer, who has designed numerous Formula One motor racing circuits. His son is architect Carsten Tilke. He and Dirk Adorf won some VLN races with a V8Star Series in 2003 and 2004.
