About Lester Dent

Lester Dent was an American pulp-fiction writer, best known as the creator and main writer of the series of novels about the scientist and adventurer Doc Savage. Since his death, Lester Dent has lived on in reprints and new stories discovered and marketed by his literary agent, Will Murray. The first novel, The Man of Bronze, used the name Kenneth Roberts, but this was changed after it was discovered that there was another writer named Kenneth Roberts.
