About Naimatullah Khan

Naimatullah Khan was a Pakistani politician who served as the City Nazim (Mayor) of Karachi from August 2001 to June 2005. Naimatullah Khan succeeded in getting an amount of Rs. 2900 million for reconstruction of Karachi. Naimatullah Khan was instrumental in introducing cheap transport and building many new family parks out of barren land in Karachi city of some 15 million people, the world's 5th largest city in 2005.
