About Scott Kooistra

Daniel Scott Kooistra is an American former professional football player who was an offensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the NC State Wolfpack and was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the seventh round of the 2003 NFL draft. Kooistra was also a member of the Cleveland Browns, Baltimore Ravens and Minnesota Vikings. As a senior in 2002, Kooistra was starting tackle for team that posted 11–3 record, capped by a win in the Gator Bowl.
