About Vicky Krieps
Vicky Krieps is a Luxembourgish-German actress. She has appeared in a number of American, Luxembourgish, French, and German productions. Her breakout role was in the London-based period film Phantom Thread (2017), directed by Paul Thomas Anderson. Krieps had her first acting experiences at the Lycée de Garçons secondary school in Luxembourg City, receiving training at the Conservatoire de Luxembourg. She won the Un Certain Regard Best Performance Prize. In an interview with Variety on 19 February 2023, Krieps talked about Teichtmeister's case for the first time, saying, "It's the problem of a man who needs probably treatment and help and also, it needs to be judged by the law.
